Since 2004, Braden has worked in the restoration industry as an estimator, salesman, project manager, and now owner of Network Property Restoration. With over ten years experience working across the US on large loss catastrophes including: seven named storms, the tornadoes that struck Alabama and Georgia, as well as the Atlanta flood of 2009 and the Nashville flood of 2010, no job is too big. "I have always enjoyed helping people and trying to figure out the best way to solve a problem that may come up in a complex restoration project." Certifications Include Water Damage Restoration (IICRC) Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (IICRC) Unlimited General Contractor (for North and South Carolina) Braden has a degree in Business Marketing and Management from Florida State University (FSU). In his spare time, he enjoys off-shore fishing, FSU football, and spending time with his beautiful wife, Jessie.
Matthew Harmon is Network Restoration DKI's adventurous estimator, sales, and marketing manager. His 15 plus years of experience in the construction industry allows him to expertly estimate any commercial or residential loss. He's a true asset to our family, as well as his own. His free time is filled with golfing and spending time with his beautiful wife, son and daughter. Clemson Football is life for this South Carolina native, so you'll always be able to find him wearing Orange. "My true passion is people and helping them in crisis. Judy Rogers has been in the restoration industry for over 14 yrs, working on numerous multi-million dollar projects. She has seen her share of catastrophic storms including; Hurricanes Ivan, Dennis, Issac & Katrina, the flooding in Montana & the wildfires of Colorado, the tornado outbreak in Indiana, Kentucky, Alabama, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia. Her specialties include content pack out, content restoration and Mold Remediation. She loves going to the beach and FSU football. "Go Seminoles !!!"
Ryan Hatton moved to beautiful South Carolina from Ohio at a young age, but has found himself a new home in the Lowcountry. He has over 6 years experience in tree working, as well as over 10 years in the construction business. His trades include painting, drywall, and water mitigation. When hes not fighting mother nature, he enjoys riding on his Harley and spending time with friends and family.
Jimmy Cordle could fill a book with his experience. Starting work at 16 he's done everything from landscaping to running front end loaders. His skill set doesn't stop there, he's operated skeedsters, dozers, backhoes,yuk trucks, and articulating trucks. He moved to South Carolina later in life, but it doesn't stop him from loving it. While Linda is one of the newer faces at Network Restoration, LLC DKI, she’s no stranger to the office. With over 20 years of bookkeeping, human resources, and managing offices she brings well needed experience to our team. Just because she works in the stuffy office doesn’t mean she doesn’t get out and enjoy Charleston’s beauty. Riding bikes, water and snow skiing, and taking in the sites with her husband Tommy, son TJ, daughter Danielle, 2 dogs Cody and Lucy, and 2 birds Rico and Smokey. With such a big family comes a big heart, and we are proud to have her help you and your family.
Although born in Baltimore Md. Ron Kirmse owes his culture to the Dominican Republic. He soon moved to Miami Fl and then to Ohio where he spent 22 years. He’s a strong supporter of the U.S military and enjoys visiting historical sites to further explore his love of history. Building scale models, model trains, and studying history fill his off time. His time spent in the Dominican, over 15 years, has made him fluent in Spanish. Most of his family resides in Ohio, but the rest live all around the world.
Tony Walker is a Wofford College Graduate, with a degree in Economics. Throughout his career he has worn many hats including banking for over 20 years and project auditing for Belfor for over 15 years. While he isn't crunching numbers hes crushing golf balls and catching fish. He has 2 biological daughters as well as 3 step children, giving him 8 lovely grandchildren in total. James F. Rozelle III is a native to Charleston, and loves the Low Country. While he is our resident nerd, you'd be surprised to know when hes not coding html, setting up electronic gear, or helping a co-worker with email attachments, he's out on the water fishing or working on his race car. Michael Roland was born in Dalzell South Carolina, currently resides in Santee. While his trade is carpentry he’s not afraid to tackle any problem. At home his wife and 5 children, 4 girls and 1 boy occupy his time, and if that wasn’t enough to love, he also has 9 chickens he tends to. To relax Mike enjoys spending time on the water fishing, and in high school Michael was an ROTC commander, which helps him to motivate and lead his fellow employees. He is also a proud graduate, with honors, from Central Carolina Technical College. “I love playing with my kids and chickens.”
Armando “Army” Reyes is our most decorated employee, winning The Greatest Husband award in 2015, and while that may be made up, don’t tell his wife, son, or “small woman” (daughter). Armando was born in Florida, home of his favorite NFL team the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but moved to SC at a young age. Growing up with his Mexican parents allows him to speak both Spanish and English, which is invaluable in today’s construction market. He’s worked all over Charleston and is proud to serve the community. If he’s not playing dress up with his daughter, watching football with his son, or walking his dogs, you’ll find him spreading his message of "love".
Lily Powers is another one of our northern transplants that we are proud to have work for us. Originally from Massachusetts, she found her way to South Carolina in 2008. From there she learned many skills allowing her to troubleshoot quickly and accurately. She also leads our duct cleaning services using her NADCA Certification to help clean even the toughest places to reach. When Lily is not crawling around in ducts or driving the forklift she likes to display her artistic side; drawing, painting, sculpting, or spending time with her parents, older sister, and cat. “Treat people the way you would like to be treated”
From California, where he was born, to England, Josh Ingold has lived all around the world, luckily for us, he landed in Charleston. His career in Water Mitigation is expansive with over 8 years in the industry. This experience combined with his knowledge has led him to be our Water Mitigation Manager. Heading our already excellent team, he uses his skills and talents to help you and your home or business get back to normal. While he works hard, he does understand the importance of friends and family. At home, his wife Asia, and 4 kids, Timothy, Zoey, Cali, and Savannah soak up most of his home time, but he still has time for hockey, watching movies, and playing the piano. Graham Walker handles day to day task with the help of our reconstruction team. While young he still has close to 10 years in the restoration business, working for some of the bigger names in the industry. When hes not working Graham enjoys the outdoors, spending most of his time in a tree stand.
